We produce, inventory and fulfill all our products locally – from our hands to mail and from mail to your hands. Exactly the way it should be.
Every order is important! – We receive your order immediately after is placed! We review your order, package and prepare for mail - all done by ourselves. Plus, during and after packaging every order is reviewed by two different team members to help us guarantee everything is neat and ready for shipping.
Normally and depending on volume an order will take three (3) days to be processed and shipped and another three (3) days to reach its destination. Mail travel time is dependent on mail service and can be longer for destinations outside USA. Orders placed on/after Thursdays are usually shipped on Mondays. Processing time can be longer during high season.
www.creationsbyciara.com takes no responsibilities for incorrect addresses provided by customers and/or lost packages during mail transit, tracking numbers not updated by the postal service and/or shipping delays due to postal errors. We will always ship to the address provided unless rejected by the postal service, in such case we will put your order in hold and attempt to contact the customer. If the customer fails to reply withing seven (7) days, the order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded to the same payment account used to complete the order.
At our own discretion we work with customers to locate or replace a lost package, however, order replacement is subject to inventory availability and not guaranteed. If order replacement is not possible an in-store credit will be issued instead. All our packages include tracking (number) and are insured with USPS for up to $50. If we decide to replace your order (due to lost package) we will contact the customer to verify the address before your replacement is shipped. After a replacement order has been issue customer must continue his/her claim with the postal service.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and orders cannot be changed after the order has been processed regardless of situation. Processed orders ship as submitted at the moment of processing.
We strongly advice our customers to select standard shipping at checkout. Faster shipping method will not speed up preparations, processing and/or production time before your package reach the carrier.
